Michael has over 20 years' experience across debt and lending markets in Australia and abroad. Before co-founding Arrowpoint in 2021, he spent 14 years (2000–2013) at Investec Bank in Johannesburg and London, focused on structured debt, then joined Melbourne's Wingate Group (2014–2021), most recently as a Director of Wingate Corporate Investments. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and a CFA Charterholder.

Andrew has over 20 years' experience in the origination, structuring and execution of debt solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Before co-founding Arrowpoint he worked in private corporate debt and held an extensive corporate banking career — formerly Head of Structured Banking at HSBC Australia and senior corporate banking roles at Citigroup and Westpac. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Reece brings over 17 years of experience across M&A, senior debt and restructuring in private credit and banking in Australia and the UK. Before joining Arrowpoint in 2025 he held senior roles at ANZ Institutional Bank and Triple Point Private Credit (UK), where he led the firm's corporate credit mandate. Earlier roles included Barclays FIG and NAB. He holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.

Walter joined Arrowpoint in 2024 following three years in McGrathNicol's Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency Advisory team, with experience across complex restructuring and corporate advisory engagements for lenders and investors. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Monash University.
